Squishy fun!

My husband's workplace had a fundraiser last year in aid of a gentleman who was travelling outside the country for treatment.  In hopes of helping them raise some money for his trip, I donated a photography session to their silent auction.  Krista was the successful bidder and I finally got to meet her family which included a very adorable little man!!
He was a wee bit shy at first but I won him over and got lots of great smiles.  We got plenty wet in the dewy grass but it was all good!  They had a wonderful outdoor space which acted as our backdrop for the beautiful and damp autumn morning.
Here are some of my favorite images from our session!

It was so nice to meet you all and I hope to see you all again sometime in the future.

Fall Cuteness

This past Fall has provided me with so much enjoyment as I become more in love with photography and untimately the people I shoot.  I've enjoyed the outdoors, met some fabulous families and have been snapping happily away.

Every family brings their own uniqueness and charm and I just love meeing them and capturing this about them.

With beautiful fall colors as our backdrop on a day that didn't start out too promising if I remember, here are the Hubley family.

It was a pleasure to meet your family and although I know this post is a bit late, I still wanted to share some of the sweet images we captured that day.  Hope you enjoy!!

The Hancock Family

Hats off to Mom for the color choices for these beautiful young ladies!!  When she told me that she had nice bright colors picked out, I never imagined just how beautiful and spectacular they would look against the beauty of Cuckold's cove in Fall.  Of course not to be outdone, Mom's beautiful green shawl added that extra pop of color and tied the whole ensemble together.  Those who know me, know I am no fashionista, but I have to say that even I was in awe of the outfits!

It threatened to rain and the fog was on the edge of the horizon but we captured some sweet shots of this family of four in a place dear to Dad's heart.

Cuckold's cove is part of the beautiful and rugged coastline that is part of the Eastcoast Hiking trail http://eastcoasttrail.ca/  You can find many locals and tourists alike enjoying the all it has to offer.  It is a beautiful area that I enjoy visiting.

Roxanne, it was a pleasure to meet you and your husband and your sweet and silly girls!!  I had a great time and I hope you all did too!
